The Commitments Committee for the German Peoples' Damages of the German State Minister for Bohemiaand Moravia has decided on the complaint of Dr.med. Pranz S p r i n g e r , Oberarbeitsarzt in Berlin-Halensee, Halenseerstr. 4, against the decision of the President of the State in Prague - Reichsbeauftragsverwaltung, Determining Authority, dated 13.4.1944, G.Z. I-10 f 472/261 -: The appeal is dismissed. Reasons: The complainant claimed compensation for damages under the decree supplementing the law on the compensation of persons and property damage caused by the struggle for the reunification of the Sudeten German territories with the German Reich from 2o.6.1940 (RGBl.I p.889). As a result, a right to compensation is legally justified only if the damage is connected with the fight against the German people or the reunification of the Sudeten Germans with the German Reich and is caused by an unlawful intervention of organs of the former Czechosl.
