I-10 f 472/261 -: The appeal is dismissed. Reasons: The complainant claimed compensation for damages under the decree supplementing the law on the compensation of persons and property damage caused by the struggle for the reunification of the Sudeten German territories with the German Reich from 2o.6.1940 (RGBl.I p.889).
