3a The forgery of certificates of leadership and ability is punished according to the law with imprisonment or fine. However, it is by no means said that in the case of individual cases it is so blatant, because it can very well be found in such a forgeries of a certificate a forged document. The limits are very fluid and are therefore deliberately waived to give more specific distinguishing features, since they are not easy for the layman, but also for the lawyer. It may suffice to point out the extraordinary danger, which the one who falsifies a leadership certificate relies on; for for forgery of documents is usually punished with prison. §267 StGB.: 16.6.42
