It is hereby requested that Mr. Ing.Gustav Dòm e s 1 e , Sectional Council of the IXth Section of the Ministry for Agriculture, be promoted to the Ministerial Council with effect from 16 March 1939. Mr. Sectional Councillor Domesle joined the Land Office on 1 June 19922 where he was initially employed for three years as a 'profit-making officer' and then in 1926 as a Komnissary, in 1929 as the Oberkommissär and in 1936 as a sectional councillor. As has been noted, Mr Domesle, in particular, should have long since been appointed Ministerial Council in relation to the promotion of other employees in the Land Office, especially since he is an exceptionally responsible and reliable official who is in charge of the whole area of the Land Authority as a result of his extensive use in the Office and must therefore receive the scope by means of a promotion which he is entitled to. It should be noted that, according to the order of the Land Office dated 3 October 1925 (file sign 2o.143/25 pres), Mr. Domesle was expressly promised that he would be charged with his service without being satisfied with it. Therefore, it is requested that the missing person be brought forward without delay and that he should comply with the request made at the beginning. It is recommended that the decision be made by Christmas Eve.
