When in the former Czecho-Slovak Republic the pensions of the institution were increased, the pension of the Fitz was also increased from 1.1. 1929. Since, on the basis of intergovernmental contracts between the former Austrian Republic and the former Czecho-Slovak Republic, the pension rights of the Fitz had to be transferred from the Pension Institute of the Prague Iron-Industry Company to the Austrian insurance institution, the Prague Eisen-Industrie-Gesellschaft itself transferred the premium reserves to the Austria insurance institution so that Fitz retained both his pension from the pension institute of the Pra- ger Eisen-Industry-Geeinschaft and also acquired rights from the Austrian insurer.
