42 2 Ad 2/ Those who have been convicted of low and dishonorable motives by a criminal court sentence are considered to be prejudicial persons: 1/ for a crime and for a period of 3 years after the forbearance, 2/ for an offence or a transgression, and for another year after the penitentiary. If the local director has any doubts as to whether he is a Jew, he has the duty to ask the district director to present to him, his parents and grandparents, birth certificates, baptismal certificates and marriage certificates before he proposes his admission. If the head of the local authority is in doubt as to whether or not the person who has been logged in has a duty, even before recommending admission to the district head, to ask the person concerned to submit an extract from the criminal record to him.
