25 Provisional Organisational Orders of the_National_Community/_Národní Souručenství Approved by the President of the Republic by the Notice of 7 April 1939 T.D. 2442/39. §1. The purpose of the National Community / Národnik souručenství /. /l/ The National Community/ Ná Rodní souruèenstvi/ defines the Czech people as the only political group. It/the N.G./ is based on the authoritative principle. /2/ Membership in the National Community/the národní souručenstvi/ is governed by the organizational regulations. § 2. The leader of the National Union/the národnísouručenstvi/. The leader of the National Community is the President of the State, who has the power to dismiss and appoint any official of the national community with definitive effect, and to amend, repeal and supplement the decisions and principles of all members of the Národní Souručenstvi/ National Community. Special/special/organisational guidelines will be issued for Prague, Brno, Pilsen, Moravia, Olomouc and Zlin.
