The applicant must be of Aryan descent, i.e. Neither parents nor grandparents nor the wife may have Jewish blood.Similarly, registrations of citizens of foreign nationality should not be accepted, further preconditions for membership should be the integrity of the person concerned. Men who have been tried for crimes or offences from a low and dishonorable point of view should not be admitted. Any Czech who received the registration form had to decide to enter the ČNS within a maximum of six days. The local heads passed on the collected registration forms to the district heads with a note whether the person concerned meets the conditions for 3rd admission to the ČNS or not. About the acquisition itself finally decided the district head, who, if he was of different opinion than the local head, had to inform them about it.
