When I arrive, I am still standing on the stand that I have not made myself guilty of the criminal act charged to me. If the court has nevertheless believed a thirteen-year-old girl in spite of my insurances, I may not fight in this regard with regard to the legal force of the judgment, but I ask to request Stafankt 13/6 Jo 393/40/36/ from the Supreme Prosecutor's Office in Brno, in order to take away my responsibility at that time. After I, as a young National Socialist, have the self-evident need for national activity, please take due consideration of my merits for the Brno Germanism and ask for the removal of the decree.
