Copy. 27 Georg Theinl, senior teacher in Zech near Elbogen. Zech, 1 May 1941. Mr. State Secretary SS-Grupänführer K.H. Fr a n k in Pr ag. As your compatriot I allow myself to present to you a request concerning my 80-year-old father Anton TheinL in Großmaierhöfen P. Pfraumberg. Through more than 40 years as Wiesenheger and Schaffer, he served the reign of Kolowrat in Großmaierhöfen and was retired under Czech rule in the course of land reform at the age of 65 years. He was granted an old-age pension of 4,500 K a year by the fund for the provision of the employees of the large estate in Prague II., Washingtongasse 1, Fernruf 325-22, which corresponds to a monthly income of 375 K or 37.50 RM. With this small amount the two old and sick people are supposed to find their livelihood. With us married couples in high care get more than 50 RM a month. All social and accident pensioners in the Sudetenland already received a corresponding improvement, only with this fund nothing can be achieved, although I already turned there years ago. An increase of 20 K = 2 RM, which noek was described as voluntary, can probably not be regarded as a fundamental improvement. I feel as a son pledged to break a lance here for me. In addition, I would like to mention that my father's previous management of the property was damaged by the fact that a person had not been registered in the pension institution, who had only seven years in this post, was receiving a pension because he had been registered.
