The entries in the logbook must be made with the issuing of the driving instructions. At the end of the general service, 3 must hand over a motor vehicle requirement block and a block of driving instructions to the permanent service. The filling out of the forms must be carried out in detail. At the beginning of the common service, the completed motor vehicle requirements and driving instructions as well as the unfinished forms are to be returned to GSt. 3. In addition, a list of private calls held outside the general hours of service must be kept for the duration of the service; this list shall be entered by the permanent service provider in the private calls conducted. The command of the inspector and the detective from the service and the Czech-speaking official for the reinforcement of the permanent service must be given in writing by GSt. 2.
