SEP. 1942 Subject: Decree implementing the Government Decree of May 6, 1942, Coll. No. 299, on the amendment of the Office of the Government Police Office in Königgrätz. l. The inspector of the Uniform Protectorate Police in Bohemia, in agreement with the National Authority in Prague, has to arrange the necessary for the implementation of the above-mentioned government regulation, for the establishment of the police administration and the regular police service in the expanded office of police - direction in Königgrätz. 2. The parts of the municipality of Königgrätz and the area of the community of Malsch hotten located in the extended police spree must be excluded from the explosives of the previously responsible gendarmerie posts or municipal police and integrated into the police area of Königgerätz. 3. The written material eligible for the proper management of the policing administration in the newly integrated territory must be handed over to the police department in Königgrätz, or to the city office in KönigGrätz and the municipal office in Malschhotten. 4. The municipality of Königgrätz as well as the municipality of Malsch hotten are to be brought to the attention of the public authorities in accordance with § l8, para.2 of Reg.Vdg.Slg, No.51/1936.
