End of darkening in May=4.00 o' clock. Every Wehrmascht member who violates the blackout regulations endangers his comrades and himself, he helps the enemy and exposes himself to severe punishment. It is also his duty to immediately stop any blackout that he notices at a Wehrmacht property. (Kdt.) 2.) Research. A member of the Wehrmascht resisted the anorunities of a supervisory officer on 6 May 1943 at 10.15 p.m. at the tram stop in Prague-Vir, at Stroßmayer- platz and became physically against a protectorate member. A senior lieutenant of the Wehrmacht was a witness of the Vorfalis and confronted the soldier. This officer has to report to the Wermacht commandant. Parts of the troops and services are asked for appropriate assistance. ( B ) 3.) Provision of living space for single staff. I 1 a - HB/43 of 22.4.1943 is stated in the text: "Due to the shortage of suitable housing existing in Prague, a large number of German staff members have been able to be accommodated only on a temporary basis. It is understandable that these wish to create a home for them where possible, which, after their work, will provide them with the much-needed relaxation and recovery. Under the circumstances in Prague, this can only be achieved through their accommodation in German private households. The same applies in particular to the care of German students in Prague, in particular those members of the armed forces who are on leave to study at Zweçken. I appeal to all German staff members who have a sufficient own apartment here in Prague to provide one or more rooms for this purpose as accommodation rooms. I see in this under the present circumstances the fulfilment of a natural duty of the community and professional comradeship.
