4e Press note. $137 Gauleiter Sauckel in Prague. On Tuesday, June 8th, the general representative for the work assignment,Gauleiter and Reichststatthalter Sauckel, accompanied by Gauleider e.h. Professor Jung and several gentlemen of his staff arrived for a two-day stay in Prague at the Rusiner airfield. He was there by H-Oberführer Dr.Bertsch and the circuit leader of the NSDAP. In the midday hours, Gauleiter Suuckel was welcomed by the Deputy Imperial Protector W-Oberst-Group Leader and Chief General of Daluege Police at the castle and subsequently by the State Secretary #-Group leader K.H.Frank in the Czernin Palace.
