With reference to the attribution dated 22 June l939 No X/1747/39, the Ministry of Social and Health Administration is entitled to provide the following information: I. Accident insurance.The hereinininian decree of 1 February 1939,Z1.F-2432-2/2-39, met some provisions in the administration of the Labour Accident Insurance Institute in Prague and Brno.The Ministerial Council of the Ministry for Social and Public Health Administration JUDr Vilém Šimon, whose representative is the council of the insurance technical service of this Ministry Václav Hejl, was appointed. František Novotný was appointed head of the labour accident insurance company in Brno and its representative the Council of the Po litical Administration in Brno Čeněk Šiške. At the same time, the members and substitutes of the advisory committees of the two institutions were also appointed.Other changes in staff have not taken place since this regulation (1 February 1939) in the case of accident insurance schemes. II.Sickness insurance.By decrees hereof dated 26 April 1939, Cl.F-a621/912-22/4-39, the administrative bodies of the Health Insurance Institute of private civil servants and employees in Prague and the First Prague Carnecan Insurance Institutes of Handesl and Private Employees in Prague were appointed.
