2 The President, the Vice-President and the Members are obliged to remain silent about all the events they become aware of in the course of their activities. An infringement of the prohibition of silence results in the immediate exclusion from the Commission as well as criminal law measures. The President is a volunteer and receives compensation for expenses. The Vice-President may act in full or in part. Members shall receive meeting fees for participation in the meetings. The President, the Vice-Chairman and the Members shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses actually incurred when travelling in the Prague area. In the case of service trips outside the Prague area, the President shall receive replacement of the costs according to the salary level ............., the Vice-President and the members shall replace the costs of the salary grade .......... the officials of the autonomous administration of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Special expenses, also for the use of auxiliary staff, shall be reimbursed on the basis of the individual amounts shown. The amount of compensation for expenses of the President, the salary of the Vice-President and the amount of the members' meeting expenses shall be fixed by the Council of Ministers.
