English Translation

31 - 3 - to expose the Protectorate to German influence. With this economic connection, an increased influx of German people into the Protectorates and, in many cases, a return of people German who had lost their existence in the Protectories. The increased traffic with the German economy requires a coercion to the German language for the Czech economy, especially for the young Czechs. (The question of the extent to which, for general political and other reasons, unbridled travel with the Protectorate should be prevented, even after the abolition of the customs border, needs clarification at the same time as the removal of customs duties. The need to maintain the transparency system can eliminate some of the political effects of the abolition of customs duties.) The opening up of borders will bring the Czech economy further to the German market, but also to German competition and thus the need to adapt to German tastes. In the large German market, the German enterprises of the Pro- tectorate find greater possibilities preferred sales. The interdependence with the German economy creates strong material ties. A solution to these ties is without serious economic problems.
