15 The dispatch to the recruitment troop section must be carried out by courier. The examination documents must be sent to the hiring troop part by registered letter. 4.) Those for the Allgemeinm.-4 Taumägel remain in the camp until accommodation in their profession. For them a 4-U.B. must be put in place. The competent authorities shall be informed of any change of address, in particular the future residence of the supplementary body, without delay. The supplementary bodies shall send the 4-U.B. with a declaration and exact address of their unit to the responsible 4-Upper Section, in order to carry out the final inclusion of the exemption in the general budget-4. The file card which remains with the supplementary body shall indicate the amount of these documents. 5.) The time of arrival of the settlers in the camps is not certain and is different. As far as the questioning settlers are roughly pre-examined by the "Aktion-Schmidt", they arrive in collective networks with other settlers in different camps. They are accompanied by a confidant who is instructed to report their arrival to the Supplementary Office. The reports are passed on immediately by the Supplementary Office to the supplementary bodies. The representatives are able to provide information about the individual in terms of his political reliability. Those who are not examined in the context of the "Schmidt Action" also arrive in the various camps at different times. Due to the notification of the arrival of these men, the leaders of the Erg. posts contact the camp leaders personally and agree with them to notify the supplementary posts. 6.) The camps listed in the installation are under the command of the operational leaders in the camps. They are responsible for the establishment of the camps and for the appointment of the camp guides. The names of the commanders and their address can be seen from (Note: 4). The heads of the auxiliary posts contact the commander, as they are to be informed about the arrival of the settlers. - 3
