1 1 Gustav Brandl, Moravian-Ostrava. Moravian Ostrau, on 4 September 1939. Concerns his intended transfer. osoetnl LU High Honored State Secretary! ee Please allow me to briefly describe the current situation: On 25 August, Prof. Walter Hantsch, comrade of the Reichskom misşariates Reichenberg, came forward for a new position to be filled at our institute. At the beginning of August, however, the head of our institution had sought permission for the division of our strongest class, so that it was absolutely not clear whether this comrade was intended for the additional new job, if any, or as a replacement for me. Umsoweni-er, when he had no decree of employment on the part of the protectorate director, the head of our institution no instructions for re-employment and finally I myself up to the hour no order to leave my office. Comrade Hantsch was on it for the time being by H. Dr. Zaruba, the head of the newly opened real school in Ostrava, who urgently needed him as a suitable teacher. It was not until August 3rd that I received a copy of the letter from the Pilsener Handelsakademie.
