27 - 2 - On paragraph 7: fort commander, political leader and head of the municipal administration form a team under the chairmanship of the fort commandant. The task of the team is to: a) calculate the quantities of all kinds of fort stock required for the civilian population. (Procurement, administration and outsourcing of the stocks is the responsibility of the head of the municipal administration.) b) Preparation of the personnel evacuation taking into account the Czech part of the population. To this end, proposals must be submitted to the WBv until 20.2., which will be decided with the German Minister of State and the participating Gauleführers. Responsible for the regular execution through the fortress area- of the eviction and retreat movements is the fire commander in cooperation with the fire officer and the general officer. (c) Preparation of the emergency measures for ARLZ, establishment of an ARlZ calendar, taking account of the measures already taken by WBv in the military sector. Any doubt arising in the work of the working staff shall be submitted by the commander of the fortress to the Wehrmacht authorized representative, who shall decide in consultation with the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia and the Gauleiters involved.
