The Head of Division V Prague, 29 January 1945. - No. 72/45 g - Secret An -Obergruppenführer Minister of State F r a n k. Betr: Czech mood report of 7 December 1944. Reference:Local number St.M. III A - 31/45 g. 1 Appendix back. To the individual objections of the re-enclosed scream I report the following: 1.) The closing of the family and trade schools was initiated in the course of the total war operation in the ongoing agreement with the Ministe=rium for schooling. The young people who are thus released for employment, mainly between the ages of 1 4 and 15, were first employed in closed groups during the harvest months and under the supervision of teachers in agriculture. As difficulties arise in the subsequent transfer of these forces to the enterprise, in particular to the armaments industry, in various employment offices, the employment offices were instructed to keep the pupils in the parental household in such stables or to use them for supplementary assistance. A considerable percentage was committed for the textile industry and for the clothing repair works= sites of the Wehrmacht. An in-depth discussion was held at the central office of St.M. 114-3-ax454 321/458.
