St.M. V G - 23 e/43 g.Rs. Prague, 13 November 1943. Secret Reichsface Note for Mr. General Sehaal for personal information. On 18.7.d.Je. Conversation between Minister Moravee and Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Ritter v.Goss about the German Eastern policy with strongly defaitist extrapolations by Lieutenant Colonel Ritter V.Gozs. After the conversation, Maravéo explained that he needed a week to digest the things he had learned. On the 6th of September, he continued to visit Colonel Leutmant v.Gess at Moravee. In the conversation v.Goss criticized the German Eastern policy and spoke about oppositions awish the German military and civil administration in the East. The effect on Moravee in this case is reflected in the omission, (which, as a father, had three sons who were Germans, but had to make the impression of self-indulgence to the most serious concern for the kingdom. The entertainment deuiered until three o'clock - allegedly strong Alkekolkonsun. On the 2nd ll.d.Js. warning from V.Goss on instructions of the Reichsführer—i by me, V. Mr Gess stated that he had never intended to express his views on the subject, but he had to admit that he was very bold about Eastpre- blemishes with Moravee, whom he had known personally for many years. He promised me as an officer, that he would not have made more statements of such or similar kind as he had given them to Moravea so far.
