Krejči's rationale for this measure is that it intends to streamline and restructure the NG in its overall organisation in the context of the saving of labour force, or in total employment. Fotr, however, claims to have been deposed by Krejči because, in the last few days, anti-communist demonstrations of Kregči or NG leadership were not wanted by the NG youth. However, a letter from Minister Morav:c to lecturer Krejčí dated 8.4.l943 seems to have been the main reason for this, in which Krejší of Moravec was asked to delimit the activity of the NG-Youth taking into account the competence of the Youth Curatorium. In reply to this, Krejči Moravec announced that he had raised the age limit for membership of the NG from 15th to the completed l8th year of life and issued the appropriate instructions with regard to the use of afbeits and to avoid friction with the youth curatorium. Through internal orders within the NG, Krejčí has ordered that, with immediate effect, sections with the name "Youth of NG" be formed in the local groups, headed by the previous NG youth leaders and in which NG members are to be registered between the ages of 1 8 and 24. In the Sprengel, Bezirks- und Kreisgebietleitungen, a special administrator for the education of the NG youth is equally used. The central leadership of this umorga- nized apparatus has been entrusted to NG chief executive member Prof. Dr.Teyrovský, previously Commissioner for Racial Affairs in NG. With these changes, the NG of the registration and education entitlement of the young people of the age group has gone on and can therefore be regarded as virtually eliminated in matters of youth education.
