Prague, 2 6. VI. 1942 Group II/2 Food and Agriculture. V2-8895-15 Lon About the Head of Division II to the Secretary of State in the H a u s e . On the note of the Chief of Security Police and SD, Berlin, of 22 May 1942. The supply of the units of the Waffen-SS and the Wehrmacht housed in the Protectorate is regulated in such a way that the individual formations have their food at the competent army catering office. These services check the requirements on the basis of the existing portion rates and the respective starch reports and demand corresponding reference notes for the individual food types with the managing district captain - Reichsauftragsverwaltung -. The portion rates are compared by OKH. RFSs in agreement with the Minister of Food and Agriculture in Berlin. At the proposal of the military authorities, a change of these portion rates can only be made by the REM. The most important foods such as meat, fat and all cereal products are made available in the Protectorate by the REM for delivery to the Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS needs. Therefore, I cannot express any opinion on them.
