2 on the route Pressburg-Neusiedler-See l0.Ooo Pschechen from lo.l2.d.Js. From my responsibility, I would point out once again that the action - apart from the difficulties in the field of labour - will trigger a very strong atmospheric and agitational regulation which will be extremely difficult to catch, both security police and propaganda. A major concern of the Czech population is in any case inevitable. This impression has become even stronger with me after a study with Lendwirtachaftsminister Hrubý. In the meantime I have caused the necessary recruitment of Czechs - and that is that the workers are taken from the years 1921-1923 of agriculture. This is the only way out because, firstly, the high-tensioned arms industry in the Protectorate must not be burdened by any means, and secondly, a lack of work is still the most significant in agriculture at the moment. In the course of the guided tour of the ski jump, which is to be coordinated with Dr. Jury, I make it a condition that the control and supervision of the Czechs as well as in the other Reichsgebiet lie in my hand. It is also necessary that the Tachechen receive the same working and feeding conditions as the German labour force who are simultaneously employed, that they are set up in a closed manner and that their unitatz does not exceed the duration of a week. I would ask you to confirm that I can count on the keeping of the above points, which I consider to be politically unwarranted and which are why Minister Hrubý has made a binding promise. I will also make a call to the Czech authorities for these points in view of the importance and impact of the action.
