The report of 12 December 1984 by Minister of State Dr. Dennler, was an interim report which covered the start of the action and only the first two days of transport. In a private conversation with you, I pointed out, by the way, that in the opinion of the group "A" of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour, some district heads would have worked less well. The comment in my report on the effectiveness of the administrative assistance provided by the district heads does not, as the wording suggests, contain any accusations, but only the finding that the workings of the district leaders were different. The differences have occurred mainly in the districts of the employment offices of Prague, Brno and Kladno, but - as Ministerial Councillor Dr. Hruby is known - they are limited to the start of the action. Dennler was confirmed - the cooperation of the two administrations in every respect impeccable; the co-operation of the district chiefs was a very grateful and contributed significantly to the impeccably conduct of the whole action.
