The trip is scheduled to take place on 6.I.l945 at about 1-7.-- o'clock. The minister wants to drive from Prague to Mlakow, from where the trip is to continue at 11.- o ́clock to Vienna. Arrival in Vienna at 7.- - o' clock on 7.I-1945. In Vienna is a meeting with H.Dr.Holik, chairman of the state. It is planned that the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry in Moravia, as well as H. Fulik or Zmeškal (deputy representative of Dr. Holik's) and H. Dr. Vašina_ (Director of the Regional Association) will be on the way from Vienna, after a short break, to the place where they will travel together. After a visit, the return trip via Vienna to Brno is scheduled to take place on the same day (at around 4 a.m.) and the next day (8 a. m.1945) the return journey to Preg· Dr. Teuner from the Board of Trustees for Youth Education will take place already on 5 January in Niederdonau, in order to make preparations for the visit of the Minister.
