I have already referred to the competent German authorities about this matter and pointed out that, for example, in the Sudetengau, whole cars with food products are being made out, which were bought under the hand and paid with overprices. By consideration by German circles this question was solved with a rejection of this Gedankens. I myself was energetically opposed to such Czech volunteer formations being established. I have experience with our Czech people. I was afraid of a blasphemy. I got the news that the most radical commu- nist elements would want to join the volunteer formations in order to be able to carry out a German-hostile propaganda or to overflow. The history of the legions from World War II would then have been repeated, only to a worse extent.
