President Masaryk was founded and used the highest amount (about 5 million kroner a year) from the budget of the Press Department. About the disbursements made from the Propaganda Fund, exactly confidential notes were kept, on the basis of which the publication of Dr. Urban was written. I can only make this work out of a few newspapers, but I think that there is hardly anything to be done against the content of this publication, but it would also be difficult to supplement it. For payments of a delicate nature, amounts were determined, which on the one hand were paid to President Masaryk, and on the other hand to Minister Benes from the fund, which created the largest part of the secret fund.
