Under recirculation with 2 plants Mr. Under-Secretary of State, referring to the contents of the annexes, submitted for information due; the original was submitted to 4-upper group leader Heydrich; Mr. Secretary of State is interested in the plague situation, whether the information given in paragraphs 1(a) and 1(b) is correct. Since the Secretary of State has to consult Obergruppen- führer Heydrich on the matter, it is up to me to make the statement in question as soon as possible. I am grateful for the further initiative.
