THE GERMAN STATE MINISTRY FOR CHECH AND MORAV, PRAGUE (1906) 1939 - 1945 (1965), inv. 105, sig. 110-3/45
English Translation
In the long term, there is an obligation to provide emergency services, in part by the district governors under the general right of emergency service, partly by the employment offices under the decree of the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia of 5 January 1945 /VBiBM. No.l/ After the decree the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour appointed the heads of the employment services on 8 January 1945. The employer must continue to pay the regular salary and other remuneration from the employment relationship. The social security relationship before the emergency service obligation is therefore not affected either. The employer must pay the social security contributions in a similar way,as if the employment was not carried out. In the care of these emergency employees employed in the employment building by the hospitals responsible for the employment there is therefore no change. Insured persons must also continue to be cared for by these insurance institutions during the period during which they are employed by a district agent or by the health insurance institution of the private employees.
