In the long term, there is an obligation to provide emergency services, in part by the district governors under the general right of emergency service, partly by the employment offices under the decree of the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia of 5 January 1945 /VBiBM. No.l/ According to the Decree of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour, the heads of the employment services of the 8th Ministry of Labour on 8 January 1945. March 1945 - A I-7900 - in cases of this kind, the obligation to provide emergency services does not affect the employment obligation existing before the employment is carried out; the employer must continue to pay the regular salary and other remuneration from the employment relationship. The employer must pay the social security contributions in a similar way,as if the employment was not carried out. In the care of these emergency workers employed in the construction of positions by the health insurance institutions responsible for the operation, there is therefore also no change. Insured persons must also continue to be cared for by these insurance institutions during the period of employment at a district or health insurance institution of private employees.
