In some cases, the district governors are obliged to perform emergency duties under the general emergency service law, in some cases through the employment offices under the decree of the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia of 5 January 1945 /BlBM. No.l/ After the decree the Ministry for Economic Affairs and Labour - the heads of the employment services of 8 January 1945. The employer must continue to pay the regular salary and other remuneration from the employment relationship. The social security relationship before the emergency service obligation is therefore not affected either.The employer has to pay the social security contributions in a similar way,as if the employment was not carried out. In the care of these emergency workers employed in the construction of positions by the health insurance institutions responsible for the operation, there is therefore also no change. Insured persons must also continue to be cared for by these insurance institutions during the period of employment of a district agent or by the health insurance institution of the private employees.
