Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour. G.Z.A I - 5555. Prague, 1 February 1945. To the men's rapid letter Head of Labour Offices ! Subject: Bein Positionsbau in Bohemia and Moravia; here: Procedures for decommissioning. There have been various doubts about the implementation of my decree of 8 January 1985, and I would point out that, in the case of the dismissal of workers, it is necessary to lay down a lower level between the cases in which l./labour force is obliged not to work on the construction site because of the total lack of operational capacity, and the cases where 2./the labour force is wrongly obliged to work by the levying agents or is subsequently reclaimed from them for particularly important reasons. Both procedures have to be strictly separated. To 1./: If workers on the construction site are weighed or predominantly incapacitated, they will be obliged to do so on the basis of the instruction No.lo of the works council. For the support of the camp of Qrtsbetreuer, he commissioned a release schsin, who is opposed by the mayor of the reception organization and with the municipal stamp. Print thiso's release certificate goes to the employment staff in Moravia. In the case of 2/i, if the Distributive Labour Office wishes to waive the obligation of a worker, it shall, on the basis of my decree of 8 July 1990, be obliged to pay the wages of a person employed by the local employment office or its branch of Antreg. However, the application will be submitted by the German Minister of State responsible for the construction of the position in Moravia, i.e. by reg. Councillor Dr Jaisle in Moravia. It is not the reception office, nor the delivery office, that are not obliged to remove the workers from the construction site without further notice, since any other overview of the number of employees is lost. Only the staff in Moravian Weisskirchen can agree on the date of departure. As a result, the German Minister of State's representative for the construction of positions in Moravia will inform the employment office of the date on which the request for withdrawal is sent.
