Minister's Office Ministry Eing.: -4. FEB. 1945 für Wirtschaft und Arbeit. G.Z. A I - 5555. Prague, 1 February 1945. To the gentlemen Quick letter head of the employment offices_ ! Subject: Use of a position building in Bohemia and Moravia; here: procedure for decommitment. On the implementation of my decree of 8 January 1 945 A I-5552, there have been serious doubts. In order to remedy them, I would point out the following: In the case of a reduction in the obligation of labour, it is necessary to distinguish between cases in which l./workers have to be made redundant because of their total incapacity for work on the site and cases where 2./the labour force has been unduly obliged to perform the duties, or where, for particularly important reasons, they are subsequently reclaimed. Both procedures must be strictly separated. To 1.L..: If workers on the construction site have to be made redundant due to complete excessive inability to use, they will be given the instruction No. l0 of the officer responsible for the care of the camp of the Qrtabetreuer a release schsin, which is countersigned by the mayor of the reception organization and with the municipal stamp. Print of this release certificate goes to the employment staff in Moravia. Weisskirchen, who then submits to the local employment office or its branch Antreg on de-oofing and informs the tax office accordingly. If the tax administration wishes to waive the obligation of a worker, a corresponding application must be made to the reception office on the basis of my decree of 8 January Ig45. In the future, however, the Artrag iat will be appointed by the German Minister of State for the Construction of Positions in Moravia, i.e. Reg. Councillor Dr Jaisle in Moravia. We are not aware of the fact that the employment office is not obliged to remove workers from the construction site without further notice, otherwise every overview of the number of employees will be lost. Only the employment staff in Moravian Weisskirchen can agree on the date of departure. As a result, the German Minister of State's representative for the construction of the post in Moravia will inform the reception office of the request for withdrawal.
