8 - 45 - old squares are enclosed, but have not been taken over by the former Czech state, nor have they been transferred to its property. Basically, these are properties which must be taxed and bought in the same way as the land in the extension area. The means required for purchase are requested by the High Command of the army. There are 285 owners with 207,3729 ha and an estimate of RM 421,000.-- c. The third group (list C) comprises the land owned by the Czech military administration, the register of which was not carried out, but in which the former owners partly received compensation in money, partly compensation in land, from the possession of the archdiocese in Olomouc. There are 32 plots with 18.0423 hectares in total. Since the area compensation of the individual owners, which was to be carried out at the expense of the Archdiocese of Olomouc, could no longer be paid due to the political events, the part for which the owner was to receive land compensation will also be compensated in money. 4 In terms of work, it is done in such a way that for each property purchased in the old square area, a special job file with land-ownership sheet, land-book extract, - sowéit required - tax and purchase contract is created. The act concludes with the load-free land-books extract, according to which the Reichsfiskus Heer is then registered as a charge-free owner. - 46
