Work report of the department "T.Ü.P./II. - Land register and law" I. Mission: The land register and legal department of the operation T.Ü, P. is assigned the task, which is based on the Expropriation Act of 29.3.1935 Coll. 63 in the various enlargement procedures and in compliance with all the directives resulting in particular from the award of the contract by the Wehrmacht. The basis for this is the decree of the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia of ll.4.l940 on the continuation of the above-mentioned expropriation law in favour of the German Reich, as well as the implementing decrees issued by the same body for the individual proceedings, whereby all the powers were conferred on the commissioner head of the Land Office as a competent expropriating authority.
