In 1926, the International Lenin School (ILS) was opened in Moscow. In addition, questions of military policy were raised in international Rahmèn żur training. This Lenin school was called "High Treason Academy for Bolshevik General Staff" several times aptly. Special subjects were: "Strategy and Tactics of Civil War" and "Proletarian Uprisings and Revolutions". At the end of their training, the students took part in maneuvers and military exercises in which mainly street fighting, barricades construction and defence, staging or destruction of vital enterprises and partisans were performed. The same tendency of the curriculum was pursued by the T "Communist Univefsifgt für nationale Minoritäten des_Westens". The VI World Congress of the Comintern, which was held in 1928, brought about a tremendous upswing in all military policy work.
