Appendix 1) was revised by Dr. Bernhauer, Dr. Raschhofer and Dr. Schinnerer. In the meantime, a revised draft has been submitted (see Appendix 2). As Dr. Saure has informed the Secretary of State in recent days, he has also worked on a draft which he has forwarded to you with his opinion. I would like to thank the House for bringing the matter to a close and for submitting a final draft to the Secretary of State for approval.
