The war means a great deal for the export of the Protectorate, because according to a statistics of the export institute the share of the neutral states of Europe including Russia, Spain and Portugal in the period from March 1st to 31st. In July, only 47.2% of total exports fell, while 52.8% fell on exports to the enemy powers and the overseas countries which are now difficult to reach.In addition, it is precisely to England and France, with their colonies and Dominions, that some of them are politically dependent, partly because of the intensive economic relations that have developed in the post-war period.
