RIEGE With regard to the related operations - Emergency technical assistance - I ask the following order from -Group leader K.H. F R A N K to want to know: 1.) The advance of the operation company in strength of 18o man to Essen cannot be agreed if they are men employed in the armaments industry. A transfer of TN forces from this area to the Reichsgebiet can only be made on condition that they are men who are not engaged in military operations. 2.) The decree on the establishment of a Czech emergency aid must be postponed until after Pentecost and then a new meeting with -group leader K.H. F R A N K is required. I.A.
