The conditions of a people's nature in Moravia require a very detailed examination only before the widely used thesis of the completely different composition of this part of the country can be recognized as essential for final decisions. The rest of the population, the small-scale workers, the peasants and the workers, has better reconciled themselves with the new conditions. In any case, trade and change have not stalled, the farmers have ordered their fields and the labourers in all the factories, including the arms companies, have done their work satisfactorily. The adjustment to the war economy of the Old Kingdom, the raising of agricultural production by the battle of production, and the arms tasks, which were given to this country in particular, have been completely fulfilled. The machinery of the protectorate government and its authorities also works despite isolated resistance and despite some attempts to reinterpret or to weigh orders, although it is for the most part controlled, at least in the elevated places, by persons who were previously in power.
