41 - 7 - Only through the central leadership can imperial politics be driven in the Protectorate. In addition to a differentiation between Bohemia and Moravia, the growth of this area could pose new serious problems to the East German economy itself in its relationship with the Reich, which would not be too inestimable for the Great German Empire. The need for the uniform leadership of the policy towards the Czechs is not affected by the fact that not all Czechs live in the Protectorate. The Czechs living outside the Protectorates in the neighbouring Gauen are insignificant in comparison to the masses in the protectorate. In their Germanization or excretion, therefore, a very different pace can be observed, and the methods of such minorities can also be compared with others. These differences do not interfere. The real Czech problem exists only in the Protectorate. Therefore, it will only be possible to resolve it once and for all. VI. An inclusion of the Sudetengau in the Bohemian Moravian region for historical reasons, for example, appears, even if one takes into account that this would increase Germanism by paying, not expedient. VII. If we look at the gigantic tasks ahead of the German people after a victorious war, everyone will realize the need for economical and rational use of German people. So many tasks must be tackled immediately and at the same time, that a careful well-known disposition about the German people suitable for the solution of these tasks is necessary. The Great German Empire will have to make use of people's relief work to a large extent in all areas and must limit itself to occupying key positions with German people - 8 - DOENE
