In addition, Mrs Hofman receives educational contributions for the daughter amounting to a total of 3l82 K 40 h per year. The award notice expressly contains the clause that the maintenance contribution may not exceed the net sum of looo K per month and the net amount of 150 K per monthly for the unscathed child. In order to grant this maintenance contribution, the judicial authorities of the Protectorate were responsible for the social situation of the Hofman as well as for its state of health. According to the report of the district authority Kralowitz, it has neither movable and immovable property nor other income. She suffers from Base-Dow's disease and moderate neurasthenia, according to the findings of the official physician, which reduce her ability to work by 65%. The daughter, born on 3 January 1923, is currently in training. From these considerations, the Supreme Court Bureau of Prague has declared the approval of the aforementioned maintenance contributions. In the context of the explicit authorization granted to the protectorate authorities by letter of the Reichsprotektor to the Prime Minister in Prague dated 26 June 194l - I/1 c - 5662 - the order is valid.
