Dr. jur. E. Andor 8.Sept.1939. Berlin-Charla 1 Kaiserdam To the law firm of the Führer z.Ha,of Mr. Reiehsemtsleiter Cnyrim,Eerlin W8 Voss-Strasse. Dear Mr. ReichssleitungsleiterCnyrimt This morning I already made statements from a telephone call of the government councillor Dr. Gies, Prague, from yesterday evening 7 o'clock. I confirm the same cottatas Mr. Dr. Gies said to etva: "There was a small breakdown, in the afternoon, Landgerichtsdirektor Töpert appeared to him and explained him in the order of the President Bürkle, his, Dr.Gies' petitions to Dr. Behn gave the law firm of the Führer Veranessen for a complaint. It seems that there is some misguided information, since the Pre- ger Obergericht had not been discussed with the bejre Czech lawyers about the Arbitration Reg. On the contrary, they had occasionally indicated on their own initiative that the Czech Government regretted not having concluded the arbitration agreement, that they were prepared to do so, and that in particular it regretted the proposal of the right to vote 5 to 2. So it was not the case that the Lords of the Supreme Court had worked in the drafting of the conclusion of an arbitration agreement. They asked him, Dr. Gies, for confirmation, which should have played things so sick to use this statement in the answer to the Führer's office. In view of the peace in Prague, he, Dr. Gies, did not fully evade it and had made such a statement to Dr. Töpert. 11
