Prague, August 3, 1939. Presented with 3 annexes to the Under-Secretary of State. As I request from the memo of August 23, 1939, the commissioner of the Ukrainian Committee in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia has called on me on that day. Considering the announcement that this year's Reich Party Day does not take place, the matter is settled. I do not think that the Commissioner's decision to do so should be necessary.
