In the event of a request, these points shall be specified in detail, if necessary by telegraphic or telephonic means, in the form in which the notification is to be made. However, the condition for the denial of difficulties is that the concentration-layers are in any case aware of the instructing point. The authorities must therefore make sure that, when transferring prisoners to a concentration camp, the necessary documents are always handed over to the latter without delay. In the case of transfer of prisoners within the camps, the camp commanders must ensure that the documents are immediately sent to the permanent camp for the detention of the prisoner. I expect that the notification of the members of the camp will be urgently requested immediately after the arrival of the message. I make it a special duty for his representative to make sure that no delay occurs, particularly on Sundays and public holidays and outside regular service hours, since, if necessary, justified complaints from the courtesans are prevented. In the case of families which are otherwise judged to be impeccable, the competent Nsv and Fartei department must then be informed and asked for the necessary support of the family. It must always be stated whether the admission office has received information for the purpose of informing the relatives. The decree of the secret state police office of l4.ll. 1938 - II D General.No. 37 291 - is hereby repealed as obsolete. This decree is not intended for the district and local police authorities.
