348 Annex 2 to IV-936 g.rs. Implementing provisions on the service traffic between the military defence departments and the security police and the SD. 1.) Prerequisites for achieving the common objective are understanding and mutual trust-based cooperation between the services themselves and the members of the service. 2.) Military defence services shall keep the Security Police and SD departments informed of any findings relating to their field of activity; the same shall apply to security police and SD services with regard to the provision of information to military defence services. 3.) Execution of executional hatreds of a preventive nature is exclusively a matter for the security police and the SD. News and messages that are expected to give rise to executive action shall be communicated without delay, but at least in time, to the competent security police and SD department, that such appropriate measures shall be taken in order to safeguard the interests of the military. 4.)
