On 26.5.l942 the local telephone line in Horschowitz was cut. There is a suspicion that the perpetrator had the intention to cut the transmission. On 8 May 1962, the telephone line was damaged at the military airfield near Skutetsch (Hhenmauth district). According to the research conducted, there is a well-founded view that this is not a hostile activity, but that the wire was probably torn down by a landing plane. At the beginning of May 1942 several forest fires broke out in the vicinity of railway lines. Despite the most thorough investigations it was in no case established that it was sabotage, but in the majority the fire was caused by sparks of locomotives. The ban on the public activity of the Vlajka movement is strictly adhered to so far. The magazine "Vlajka" continues to be published three times a week in a circulation of about ll.O00 copies with the usual contents.
