The damp weather delayed in a considerable way the animal feeding with green fodder. While in other years fresh clover has been fed since mid-May, this feeding can not be expected this year before mid-June. The situation is all the less favorable because the farmers have a lack of food for months and not even reserve rations are achieved ./.
