644 in the service stations with a richer pension scheme, which has so far been included in Annex A to the Reich budget, Tedl P (with the guiding principle corresponding to that of the family), the reason for which the scheme is laid down in its basic content in a meeting of the Council of Ministers in the 19 January 1940. In the course of the resolution it has long since been overtaken, but it has proved to be of no importance for the single official, but for the local administration it has been extremely impracticable. The fact that the posts of officials working in the Generalgouverment are also allocated in the same way in the Anheng des Redehshauahalta may therefore not be decisive, because the Generalgovernor may not have a detailed plan of the Reich budget, in which these posts could be provided. The agreement of the other departments of the Federal Government on the transfer of officials to the budget of the German State Minister would, if necessary, have to be carried out in a similar form. If there is only a war-related staff unit between a task in the Deuteche State Ministry and an activity in the field of detention, it must be provided for both purposes, i.e. in Chapter 1 as provided for in Chapter 2. As far as there is a real unit for both tasks, the post must then be put to the appropriate post where the Council is considered to be the majority. (a) Officials working in the autonomous ministries and other central authorities of German advisers shall be subject to the posts of senior government councillors, in particular government directorates of ministerial councils.
